Oven Roasted Brown Sugar Bacon Brussels Sprouts

    1. Preheat oven to 425.
    2. Add brussel sprouts, olive oil and brown sugar on a large baking sheet. Stir everything together to get the Brussels sprouts well-coated (your hands work well for this). Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer, cut-side down.
    3. Sprinkle bacon pieces in spaces between the Brussels sprouts directly onto the pan. This helps the bacon get crispier.
    4. Roast for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, use a large spatula to give everything a good mix. Spread back into a single layer and return to the oven. Roast another 5-10 minutes, or until the brussels sprouts are browned and the bacon starts to crisp.
