Easter is a holiday I always host. It started years ago when we decided to split our main family holidays into three. There are three kids, so we do Thanksgiving at one house, Christmas at another and Easter at mine. Over time the families grew to 16 mouths to feed, so a hot sit-down meal became more challenging.
I wrote this last year, filled with ideas for a stress-free spectacular Easter brunch.
