I am obsessed with these darling Halloween Ghost Cookies. One of them has a tiny sandwich! For all holiday lovers, look out. You need these in your life!
These were created just for us by the AMAZING cookie creator Sweet Ciao Bella. We say adorable ghost cookies, and he puts a hula skirt on her! So crazy fun for all of our readers.
There are happy ghosts, perplexed ghosts and spirits doing the hula. Their little expressions make this set so special. I’ll give you the skinny.
This hula girl is so happy, just like my oldest daughter. That might be why she quickly picked this one as her favorite. It also might have been the extra layers of icing!
Did you see her floral bracelet? The detail is amazing.
My husband loves the ghost holding a sandwich. He has a quirky sense of humor, so that made him laugh. My three year old just wants to eat them all!
I am always known for being the curator of adorable ideas. So many times, friends proclaim that I have AMAZING DIY and baking skills. They forget that nearly half the time I just get my adorable things from others. In this case, these Halloween cookies… well my talent will be to buy them on Etsy.

Now you being more crafty than I, will love this DIY by Sweet Ciao Bella:
What you need for Darling Halloween Ghost Cookies:
- Ghost cookie cutter
- Scribbler
- Fondant bow mold (or fondant bows)
- Black Baking Pen
- Frosting decorators kit (piping bags, couplers & piping tips)
And of course, the recipe ingredients
- Sugar Cookie Recipe
- Royal icing cookie frosting recipe
- Food coloring in lime green, pink, black and blue for the details
Instructions:
Make a batch of sugar cookies and roll out the dough. These are manually cut because the shapes are pretty simple, but feel free to use the cookie cutter above. Bake and cool.
Create fondant bows with the mold above. These make great hair ribbons and bow ties.
With medium stiffness white royal icing pipe a small line around the outside of your ghost. Let sit and then fill with the white royal icing.
Pipe faces with the black baking pen or stiff black royal icing.
Using the different colors you can make all these characters! Happy Halloween, everyone!

I can’t wait to see what you do. I will definitely share it.
So exciting!!!!!
These are the cutest cookies ever! I love the idea of making happy fun Haloween treats instead of scary or gross especially for little kids. Thanks for providing instructions for making them.
These are just the cutest ever!
WOW! They are absolutely stunning! And so professional – you could easily sell these!
I came over from Eighteen25 linky party. Oh these are adorable !! I would like to purchase some identical to these but you mention 2 bakers.Sweet Ciao Bella and then Etsy baker- Bakinginheels. Have do I get cookies from Sweet Ciao Bella? I am not a baker, so I need to be able to purchase them. Luv the Hawaiian dancing Ghost!! 2 dozen please!!
Sweet Cia Bella is in the Phillipines. I would have loved to be able to sell his cookies, but by the time they got here they would not be as yummy. You can give the design to an Esty baker or Sweet Gigi and they can replicate. Thanks for asking!
