Don’t know what to bring to a BBQ this summer? I like to bring something special, but sometimes I don’t have the time. Here are three easy recipes you can make that will wow your friends with flavors.
Two ingredient ribs
I always check with my guests to make sure that everyone eats pork, but ribs are a fun addition to any barbeque. These cook crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We pick up our ribs at Costco, which is about $25 for 2 full racks. The quality of your meat will make a big difference. Let us know how these turn out for you.
Ingredients & Steps
- 2 racks of organic Spare Ribs
- Pappy’s seasoning (or Montrial Seasoning)
- Cover the ribs in seasoning
- Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or BBQ at the party

A friend of ours made this amazing dish, but she didn’t remember how she did it. She is one of those amazing cooks. I recreated the recipe and it was delicious!
